1. How long do I have to return my order?
- You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt.

2. Who pays the return costs?
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
- If your order arrives damaged, we will refund you the return shipping costs.
3. When will I get my money back?
- Once we receive and inspect the returned products, we aim to process your refund within 7 working days (Monday - Friday).
- The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Order Cut-off Time:
Orders placed before 07:00 PM (Canberra - GMT +10) will begin processing the same day, provided it is a business day. Orders placed after 07:00 PM will start processing the next business day.
